Hidden in the lush savannah of Suriname, Palulu Nature Lodging offers an authentic escape where nature, comfort, and culture meet.
The founders dreamed of more than just a lodge — they wanted a brand that celebrated Suriname’s natural beauty and welcomed travelers with warmth and purpose.

CHALENGE

Palulu was preparing to reopen after renovations, but their brand didn’t reflect who they truly were.

A logo inspired by Palulu’s creek lines — symbolizing harmony and flow.

A color palette rooted in nature: deep green, terracotta orange, and warm beige

Typography: Bauhaus Lace & Gilmer — organic yet refined.

A new tagline: “Ontsnap naar de natuur, op jouw manier.”

This identity balanced tranquility with curiosity — perfectly capturing Palulu’s promise: rest, adventure, comfort, and nature.

We developed branded templates, social media content, and tone-of-voice guidelines to ensure every post, caption, and visual felt like Palulu.
Photography focused on sunlight through trees, water reflections, and human connection.
The result was a consistent brand presence — warm, genuine, and unmistakably natural.
